Renewed Contract Now missing Channels

Hi, I had an email stating i could renew contract and keep all existing benefits etc. So i renewed! Now im missing my TNT Sports and also The Ultra HD channels

TNT Sports is now an £18 a month add on and is not now included with any of the bundles. The Sky UHD entertainment was included in Ultimate Oomph and Volt but got removed 1st November 2022 and also became an add on.

You can call Virgin and select the leaving option and speak to retentions who are usually UK based and see what they can offer, or wait for one of the forum team to respond which might be 2 to 3 day's.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your recent renewal. Can I ask if you received CSS/CIS documents for the deal that included everything?
