I am in the same boat, renewed to same package and sky cinema uhd saying subscribe aswell as sky on demand uhd, i didnt have sports uhd though but i want mine looked into too please

Does your paperwork reflect you have UHD included or just HD / SD?

So when you go to watch it, does it work or does it have an error message?
