My partner is the sole named account holder with Virgin and I am wondering whether it would be possible for her to cancel the contract and I sign up to a new contract due to start when hers finishes (assuming she doesn’t get a retention offer)?
I can’t see this being an issue but wondered if there was anything that might stop it?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
To cancel and re-join as a new customer, you'd need to give thirty days to cancel. Then have three months no service at the property before being able to re-join as a new customer.
