I have just renewed my contract and added tnt sport as an extra but it's missing from channel listing ,and unable to get through on phone 150 what's going on

If you were previously on Ultimate Volt and they renewed you to the Mega Volt then you loose TNT sports channels. As they are now an additional add-on. Did the rep not explained that to you?

On a TiVo or V6, follow Home > Help & Settings > help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels to resynch your EPG with account.

As you say TNT is now a paid for extra 'add-on' to your service. If you have paid for it, then as per some other posts on here, it can take up to 10 days for it to be processed and appear on your subscription.

Hey golden86, thank you for reaching out and this is true.
We made this change in the last couple of months.
However TNT can still be added on as extra if needed.
