Contract Renewal
Please can someone from Virgin get in touch. I haven't been able to speak to anybody on the phone or via Chat, it just goes unanswered.
My contract is due for renewal so I had a look at the offer. I just looked at it then logged out of my account. Then got two emails containing new Contract Summaries even though I hadn't accepted the renewal. Please advise.
My renewal price is based on exactly what services I have now so I need it confirming this would be the case as I currently have TNT Sports included and if this won't be included then I wish to cancel any renewal you believe I've signed up to just by opening the page and reading it.
Many customers have been confused by contract documents coming through simply by looking at a renewal offer.
Seemingly this is just a shoddy sales tactic to make it look like you have signed up to something

There have also been many other complaints from customers who believed they were signing up to 'the same' package they were on already only to find TNT Sports has been removed later on so you are right to be very wary and check all of the details.
