parental control incorreclty enabled

Hi - I have parental control now switched on incorrectly, and am unable to disable it due to a soft lock on my account , whatever that means. Can you please switch this setting off. Thank you.

Sorry to hear of the issues with removing the control.

As there is a soft lock applied due to the upcoming migration, see more 👉 https://www.virginmedia.com/help/mobile/your-move-to-o2, there maybe very little we can do.
