No mobile service

This is now the second day where I've had no service from virgin at all. Yet apparently there are no issues in my area?  It just randomly stopped working the other day and hasn't come back. I've tried everything recommended and nothing has worked.

Thanks for posting, and welcome back to the Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues using your service. I've taken a look on our side, and can see no issues in your area, or with the SIM itself as I can see some usage on the service. 

For clarity, are these all services such as Calls, Texts and Data usage? Can you please try rebooting your device, as this will refresh the connection to the network? Are you also able to try the SIM in another device?

Hi,

I have no signal at all. So if im not connected to WiFi I cannot contact anyone.

I've rebooted multiple times with no success.

I have an E-sim so I cannot try it on another device.
