parental control incorreclty enabled

Hi, I’m having similar problem when trying to access legitimate websites. I have no need for parental controls to be set but getting an error message stating that ‘Your Virgin Media Child Safe settings have blocked this site’. Can you please advise how to check this setting and switch it off? I don’t think this should be a default setting. Thanks.

As the OP was originally talking about mobile Parental Controls, could we just confirm if you're referring to Mobile or Media services please? 

I have a feeling you're talking about Media, in which case please check here for more information on how the change your Websafe Settings.
