Ive found  a sim card it hadn't been used what can I do with it

Were you sent an O2 SIM card because, perhaps, you've been migrated from Virgin Mobile? if so, you could be paying a monthly amount to O2.

no i wasnt sent a o2 one i was sent a virgin media one as it was for my sons phone but didnt use it and now they are asking for money for it wasnt sure what to do with it

Sounds like an Oomph SIM. When it was moved to O2 it became chargable. However, your broadband bill should have reduced by a similar amount.

  • As the SIM is now managed by O2 you will need to cancel it through them
