How do you access your mobile account when moved to O2?

We have 4 phones on virgin mobile that were moved to O2.

Nothing stopped working so never worried about it.

However how do I access my account now? Went to O2 and theres a Virgin Media O2 login button but it just says we will email to link logins and I cant trace any email.

Need to get access to the account if possible.
