My father who has recently passed away has a Virgin Mobile credit agreement for a handset. I have the details to sign into the credit agreement but you can't do anything once signed in. We don't have access to the handset as it was given to a friend who we no longer speak to. How do I go about cancelling the credit agreement?

We would have to advise that we have a team that is dedicated to working on account, in which the account holder has passed away, or is in receipt of critical care.
Do please call them on 0800 952 2302, and they will be able to complete any desired administration on this account for you
