Can no longer send texts since switch to 02

I was recently switched to 02 it was successful but can longer send any texts? Everything is just bouncing back as not delivered. I can receive texts and make get calls etc but can’t send texts and it’s only been since the switch happened and I can’t get any help from 02 so figure something has gone wrong somewhere and it’s not the other persons phone as tried texting different people with different handsets networks etc and still the same thing and I need to be able to send texts to people.
