My TIVO box no longer works and I cannot get any TV.

Can you fix it please?

Can you explain how your TiVo isn't working?

Primary fault reporting is via 150/0345 4541111

There is no signal from the TIVO box, plus the lights on the front of the box are not correct.

I eventually got through to someone from Virgin and they are sending out an Engineer between 4 pm and 7 pm tomorrow.

Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear of the TV issue. You can check the visit for the engineer in your online account 👉 virg.in/myVM - and re-arrange/cancel if needed.
