Virgin TV Go not accessible

Good Morning I am now unable to watch virgin tv via the app on my IPhone or the website on my laptop. I have attached photos of what I get when logging in.

ONE CHIGAGO MISSING

Once again the latest episodes of ONE CHICAGO have not been loaded to sky on demand on virgin tv go. Episodes 11 of all 3 Chicago shows were shown at 1am this morning so why are they not on demand nowWhat on earth is going on with tv go pathetic

Maximum devices. Again.

I'm using the app and it keeps me logged in so why does it want to register my device everytime i use it leaving me unable to register new ones after 5 goes? This stupidty has been like this for years.

Device limit reached sky sports

Hi, I only have 3 devices registered on virgin go and I can watch tv no problem until I try to watch sky sports through the sky sports app. It keeps saying device limit reached. I’ve deleted the apps and reinstalled them but still no luck.
