Hi, I only have 3 devices registered on virgin go and I can watch tv no problem until I try to watch sky sports through the sky sports app. It keeps saying device limit reached. I’ve deleted the apps and reinstalled them but still no luck.
Recently changed the package signed up to but now although we can still watch BT Sport channels on TV they no longer appear in the TV Go app either on phone or on PC using the Live channels.Channels do not appear under settings > my channels
