Resolved! Essential upgrade

I have just upgraded to essential pack on stream and they confirmed by email now still waiting for it to appear it’s been 5 working days with no essential upgrade

Hi, I am also receiving the same issue regarding flex and getting the same error as above however I have tried on different browsers, devices and networks and getting the same issue so not able to add any of my subscriptions to flex

Usyk Fight not working

I’ve paid for the fight, it says orders but when I select watch now I just get a blank screen. any ideas?!

On sky sports UHD channel, the HLG sign isn’t showing on my tv? does anyone know why? please can you all check. when I press sky sports UHD the HLG sign use to come up but it doesn’t anymore? thanks.

Is Netflix Free?

I have checked my App this morning to see if any upgrade offers are available. In the Flex section it says you can add Netflix on for 0.00.Is this true is it free. Any help understanding this would be appreciated 

My5 not working on Stream Box

My5 has stopped working on my stream box, if I try to login it freezes , if I just browse without logging in it shows the following error , I have reset the box to no avail, is there a way of deleting and reinstalling the app ?
