Is Netflix Free?

I have checked my App this morning to see if any upgrade offers are available. In the Flex section it says you can add Netflix on for 0.00.

Is this true is it free.

Any help understanding this would be appreciated

Check that this contract change doesn't start a new 18 month contract.

Hi @Sirog1967

The screenshot you posted shows an asterisk next to the £0.00 a month pricing.

You need to check the small print to see what the asterisk relates to.

It's possibly an offer for 3 months free which would then continue at £4.99 a month for Netflix Standard with adds unless you cancelled the add on by giving 30 days notice.

Netflix isn't free, and Virginmedia don't give anything for free.

Only accept an offer that you have received in writing, and check if the Netflix offer is with ads or without.
