Hi there
I am on a £33 per month virgin 500 broadband deal. It shows Flex is there also for £0 cost per month. I wanted to add Cinema only for a while at a cost of £10 per month extra, so I thought the total would be £43 per month, but when i look in the basket at checkout it says my monthly charge will be £56 per month.
Im wondering where the extra £13 comes from?
Has anyone else on the forum had unexplained price increases as a surprise at checkout? Thanks.

It might be an offer coming soon. I would use caution when upgrading offers, I had TNT Sports for £5 a month for 18 months which was never honoured and took over 6 months and numerous credit rating strikes to get it sorted.
I currently have Cinema on NowTV in UHD for £8.99 a month all in which is not even available on flex/stream

Sky Cinema is currently £24.99 a month on flex. minus 10% so the monthly charge would be right.
I have a stream box and find better value with NowTV packages compared to stream for anything other than essential entertainment.

Hi Steve
Thanks for replying. It showed as £10 for Cinema only on mine, more money with Cinema and Sports together. Anyway, i miss my NowTv to be fair, so think the same as you. Better broadband with Virgin though than what I had with NowTv.
