Sky Cinema added but Channels Greyed Out
I upgrade my VM package yesterday evening, 1/9 at around 6pm, and Sky Cinema was added. However the channels are still greyed out.
Is their normally a delay in them being available or should it be more or less instant?
I am due to have a new Hub and Tivo box so not sure whether that is something that might affect it.
The answer depends how you made those changes. If you did them by phone with a CS agent, the channels are normally activated immediately before you even finish the call. If you requested them via a self-service method, the request goes into a queue and can take "upto a couple of days" to be completed.
On a TiVo or V6, follow Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels to re-synch your EPG with your account, and be sure.
