Replacement power supply

Hi.

The power supply from my stream box to mains is currently faulty, I suspect either the adaptor or the lead. Sometimes I get the message that there is not enought power to start stream and more recently I get complete loss of power randomly in the middle of a football game or when watching anything. Is it possible to get a replacement cable and adaptor please?. I tried an alternative cable which didnt work at all so I assume it has to be a Virgin one.

Hi. Can a forum team member help me obtain a replacement cable and plug to power my virgin stream box. The current ones are faulty.
