Hub 5 missing power supply

Had a phone call to fix up new deal and was sent hub 5 without power supply why would it not be included is there a reason

  • This is quite a common mistake tbh.  There are other threads here with the same complaint.  However, please check the box carefully, as sometimes the PSU is hiding below the layers of cardboard supporting the Hub.

    If it's not there, a VM Mod should pick this up in a day or two and discuss directly with you.

      Yea i saw the others and tried to sort this by contacting through live chat but still have nothing in regards to the plug, 100% checked its not in the box, just the hub 5 and the little connection tool.

       

      Ill wait for a mod to pick this up and contact me to sort it out as it will have been 5 days tomorrow and the box has a sticker saying plug me in and activate me within 5 days, no idea what happens if i don't as i can’t 😂

    Second hand goods perhaps?

    I know the Hub3s are all second hand goods now (I've received three of them). Could in fact be tenth hand who knows.

    Not sure if they've already started regurgitating the Hub5s.

    All I know is, next time I'm due a Hub replacement I'll be treating it as a biohazard and having it professionally decontaminated before I catch herpes or worse.
