Hi VM,
We've recently moved home and the existing Virgin Media wall socket is located in one of the 1st floor bedrooms (which belongs to our child, therefore concerned they may switch it off). We would like this to be re-located please into our living room on ground floor. Could a VM engineer be booked in please to re-locate the wall socket?

Hi, we were hoping to have our plug relocated to one of the middle rooms on the first floor or the attic(2nd floor) for better signal. Is that something we could arrange for an engineer to come out?

As this is classed as a non fault call out it would be chargeable at £25 for the visit applied to the next bill, if you're happy with this let us know and we can send you a private message to get some more details.
