Quick start kit not delivered

I ordered a quick start self set up kit and I have still not heard anything about my delivery after the best part of 2 weeks - the package did not turn up on the expected delivery date.

I only have the two original emails which do not include an account number/details so I have not been able to track it. All I have is an order reference. 

how long will it be until the package is delivered please?
