Hi. I was due to disconnect on 22nd April. Decided to stay as Virgin fibre install would take too much messing around and I need connection for work(looking at trying for fibre in Sep when i switch jobs) . Anyway, I called on the 21st and was assured that it was cancelled but still got disconnected. Called yesterday at 0800 and was told they will need to put a reconnection request in but it would take 24hrs. Still no reconnect as of today...can anyone assist?
