Hi, issue is I've been waiting over 6 months for an installation have tried multiple routes to get it resolved have raised complaints only to get non helpful responses that I can't reply to have asked to speak to someone from back end or a manager but despite being assured I'd receive a call this has not happened. Was wondering if there is any  more direct way to escalate or get a call back. Absolutely at my wit's end with the state of the customer service. Cheers for any help.
