Hello I requested to change broadband speed on weekend from 100mbps plan to the 200mbps one and its still saying order in process how long does it take? Just to change speeds. I sure it never took this long few years back use to only be a few hours or A-day to upgrade

Switch Hub off for 5' - then back on - this will force any waiting updates.
When its up and stable log into the Hub settings an navigate to the "configuration data" page. What numbers are in the down/up stream boxes for "Max data transfer"
These are b/sec not Mb. If it starts with 1xxx.. it hasnt been upgraded yet - if starting 2xxxx.. then it has been applied already.
