Moving the virgin internet cable

Hi, new here so please excuse if this has already been on. I was wondering if it is possible to have an extension outside the house to come in at a different place in the same room so I don’t have wires everywhere in the house. If so, can I revert back to the original access point if I want to move it again in the future?

If you're looking to place a port and installation point elsewhere in the home then we can certainly send out an engineer to help install that. However, there would be a £25 call out fee to do so. Would you be happy to accept that?
