At the end of my tether! I have done everything and anything suggested to get the Virgin media connect app to work with my Hub 4! How can I do my search to allow me to order my pods when the app just doesn’t work for my hub!
Is it the hub 4 specifically or does this happen on all of them?

VM are underwater with Hub 4 failures and the same issue.
If the Hub 4 Admin Menu does not work after the Password is entered, request a replacement Hub.

Do I need to phone them to get a replacement? I’ve done a hard reset several times and the VM connect app starts to work then fails I can’t get into the hub login page at all. It’s lets me enter my details and then just goes blank!

Yes phone to report the Hub 4 is defective.
