Unable to enable child safe

Hi, I get the following error when trying to enable Child Safe:

"Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again"

Please can this be enabled.

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with Child Safe, I'd be happy to take a look into this with you via Private Message. I will pop you a PM across now, please keep an eye out for the purple envelope in the top right corner of your screen alerting you to a new message.

Hi there, I have exactly the same problem as Men8th:

"Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again" and I am using Chrome

I have looked at the "solution" however there doesn't seem to be action to do. I am the only person in charge of the account and I have people I need to keep protected.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your child safe at the moment.

Have you been able to have this looked into further since you last posted on Monday? Are you trying to turn the settings on or add something to be restricted?

Would you be able to clear your browsers cache and try again?

Did you get this resolved? I too have the same issue. This seems to have been happening to a lot of people for over a year now looking through the forum!?
