Unable to enable child safe

Hi, I get the following error when trying to enable Child Safe:

"Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again"

Please can this be enabled.

Yes I am, I'm the only one with an account. Rest of family is computer illiterate!

Can you try with an incognito window to see if it works from there.

If it doesn't - Hang tight for VM forum staff to pick this up!

OK, tried in incognito mode on Chrome. Still no joy.

Just tried in MS Edge too. Still same error message.

Whilst waiting for the forum team consider trying the following:

• when changes fail to save press Ctrl + Shift + R to reload page and confirm current state of Web Safe
• try going to https://protonvpn.com; if Web Safe is on this site should be blocked
