No RF signal detected

Same issue here today. Was a problem with email from 9 this morning. Now email fixed but no Internet connection.  No rf signal detected. and its weekend, so all weekend without Internet.  So annoying when isp provider do work for something but affect my Internet.

 so unfortunately unreliable VM is.

Hi Albinas 

Have you used the /check-services/i  function? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there. 

If nothing is showing  you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

Check the coax cable connectors are secure at the Hub and at the wall socket.

If yours ( like ours ) is an RFoG area, check the green LED is lit on the back of the PSU Plug for the ONT.

Ask the folks next door if they are also out of action, it might be an service fault.

Report the outage to Customer Service on 0345 454 1111
