Hi - we recently moved home and moved our services with us. Using our same equipment from old house but it was a new cable installation into the new house.
Since it was installed we have been having the connection drop for a short time (no more than a minute or so), every 1-2 hours, sometimes more frequently.
The equipment was working fine before we moved, and the issue happens with wired connections too so not sure it’s just a wifi thing. Done several resets of the router.
Any ideas or suggestions to get this sorted?

Can I just apologise for intermittent connection. Probably the last thing you needed after a stressful house move
We can run a few tests from here and check on your equipment.
Sadly its not showing anything wrong, So I will need to send you a private message to gain account access and run further tests.
If you can check the envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
