I’ve had no internet for about 24 hours, and there is a green flashing light on the hub 3, as well as a solid green light. Is this a fault with the router itself? As the online and automated phone line both say there are no issues in my post code

Sorry to hear you have had this issue, checking into our systems we do not see any issues presently affecting your Hub, can you confirm if you still have this?
