Just now, it's showing a green flashing light and I have reset the router. I also did everything to switch it off and turn it back on.
I checked my area to see if there is any faulty. Nothing as it says everything is fine.
Please advise.

Virgin Media have just texted me to inform that there is outrage in my area broadband and working on to fix it.
I'll just wait until it's back to normal.
When I see green flashing bar and arrows on our Hub 3
it means the VM Network has gone down.
Someone has to call in these faults ... that could be you !
