So I've recently got myself an ethernet cable as I'm needing to upload a folder to wetransfer that's 140GB. Even on my newly upgraded M500 Fibre broadband the regular upload speed of 52mbps wasn't working so that's why I needed an ethernet cable. Yet my upload speeds are still the same even with the cable. I've done speed tests and they say I should be getting 30mbps. I used the cable on my ps5 and it's working well. If anyone is wondering I have a macbook Pro M1. I restared everything as usual. But no luck. I don't see how else this could be a virgin problem.
Anyway any help would be extremely appreciated.

Is it that the WeTransfer upload is failing or that is proceeds but at a slower rate than expected ?
Speed test the service to a Router mode Hub(3/4/5) + your Macbook with the link below.

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.

Sending 140GB via 35Mb/s link is going to take 9 to 10 hours if all goes well.
It is far to much to send in 1 chunk, the risk of failure could mean the best you can do is 2 attempts per day.
This needs to be broken down into smaller bites. Or even put on an 256GB SDXC card & posted !
