I have a hub 3 but Ordered 1gig speed

Hi,

I recently used this online offer (Pictured below, upgrade £4 per tier, so I went up 3 tiers) to go from Volt 250 to Volt 1Gig (So technically I have 500, and before I had 150 but 250 with VOLT)

However, I have a HUB 3 currently, and I placed my order, but it said new activation date will be Saturday the 18th October 2023, however, it mentions nothing about sending out a HUB 5 which I will need for the new speeds to be compatible, I tried calling but had no luck with this query, can I get some help please?

I'm very sorry for any issue you've had with your change of package. 

To confirm, have you had any email or other correspondence to advise you will be getting that hub?
