Looking for help if possible. Had 1 white pod then upgraded to the 1gb speed ordered another pod, was told it would be the black one which would work better for placement having the cable but was sent another white pod. Was told to send the white ones back which we have and now we are unable to order any pods at all. Just keep getting lied to that they have been ordered

You are another victim of phone staff who will promise anything to get rid of your call. 

If you wait for a VM person here, they should be able to help.

VM would save so much pain if a set of VM Pods had a price say £100 and all customers could just add to basket and pay to get them.   It would also help customers to realise there are far better network choices.
