NOT RECIEVING EMAIL IN FRANCE VM

Hello

I did not receive an important email sent to me from uk on 17th June 2024. Just can't find it. I noticed lots of issues with receiving emails on forum  from May 12 th 2024 to still june 21 2024 and VM acknowledging this. Could this have been the problem did vm resolve and date

Was there an issue on 17th June 2024 as did not recieve important email sent from uk but they said they sent. Causing lots of issues for me. I noted problems with recieving emails with people in May still to June 21. Did this get resolved by vm as trying to see if this was the problem that I did not recieve.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive an important email. To clarify, does the sender of the email have an email address with us, or do you have a Virgin Media email account that you had issues receiving an email to?

It doesn't look like there were any issues affecting our email service around this time from checking our logs.

Is it just the one email you didn't receive, or has there been further emails since then that haven't been received? We'll do our best to help.

We'd also recommend checking your spam and junk folders if you haven't already 😊
