Issue with WiFi hub 4

I’ve been playing my Xbox recently, I’m finding these (image attached) are the network diagnosis etc..

I got a new pod today, in the hopes that this will make it better, however these are the statics still with a wired connection..

Any ideas/help please? Many thanks!

Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community.

The speed should be a lot better even with a wired connection. Would you be able to run a speed test here That way we can see what speeds are coming into the hub and what speeds are coming from the hub.

Is that a wired connection direct to the Hub, or wired to the Pod?  If to the Pod, it's still coming over Wifi from the Hub to the Pod.  Also that speed looks like  2.4 Ghz band connection.
