Me and my house mate both have Google pixel 6a's and neither of us are able to connect to our virgin media WiFi properly.
We are able to connect to the WiFi, but it says there is no internet. We have used thrcorrect password and know the WiFi works - other devices and different mobiles have used the WiFi successfully.
We have reset the router and tried forgetting the network on the phone but this doesn't work.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?

This is from an old post with a similar issue on an iPhone, worth trying....
I got it resolved by manually adding iphone's Wifi address in the MAC Address by logging into Router Admin and under 'Wireless Security' chose 'Add Device' and here you can choose both 2.4/5GHz bands..
