Need WiFi pods, but connect app can't find hub

Connect app can't find my hub 4, there's been no issues with my hub or connections whatsoever. I just need WiFi pods for upstairs rooms. But obviously I can't scan my home. The normal virgin media app can scan my broadband no problem. 

The hub has been restarted and reset and so has the app, on multiple devices.

When VM Connect app can not find Hub 4 is usually VPN / Apple Relay / Secure DNS need to be disabled,
or Hub 4 does have a fault.

Does the Hub 4 admin menu work i.e. can you login in and see the admin menu ?  
If not ( white / blank screen ), the Hub 4 has a problem.
