Connect app won’t find hub 5

My connect app can’t find my hub 5, I have done a hard reset but it’s still not working and I’m connected to my virgin broadband which is working fine any ideas???

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your Connect App and the hub 5? What type of device are you using to access the app, is this via an iOS or android device?

Same here, trying to use iOS 16.5 and can’t conne T to a newly installed hub5. Was fine with hub 3
