WiFi pod not connecting to hub 4

Had a black WiFi pod delivered today and it will not connect to the hub 4 at all, I have tried the connect app also but it says it cannot find the hub even though it’s working fine. I have reset the hub 4 also and no luck.

Is it on yet?  If not, check its been activated correctly onto your account  - Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500
