Just to clarify the issue, are you having problems accessing the Virgin Media Connect app on your mobile phone? 

If so, what's happening when you try to do so?

Hi, my media account is connected but an error keeps coming when l try to connect mobile sim.

Could you tell us what the error is please? 

You can post a screenshot of the error if that makes it easier - Just make sure to block out any personal or account information 🤗
