Parked order

Why has my order for a pay monthly iphone 13 been parked straight away as soon as I put in the order. I was not told of any issues, yet it happened instantly. I desperately need a new phone, and will have to cancel my order and go to another provider if this isn't solved soon

Parked orders - this normally means the back office team need to do further checks before making a final decision either way. 

This decision is normally within 3 working days but am happy to PM you to see if there is any update.
