Am unable to sign up with my email address

I have joined virgin mobile 2 days ago and unfortunately on my first call to sign up it turns out that the people i talked to miss spelt my email address and the link they sent me doesn't work. I am able to see what i am using on the virgin app.  I have telephoned virgin about this 4 times and have been told that the email address is correct. Unfortunately I am still unable to fully sign up to everything in virgin, i couldn't even sign in to the link they sent me yesterday when my account was fully working as i had another mobile company. When i try to follow the settings because it will not recognise my email it will not accept the details i put in. It just keeps saying it doesn't recognise my details, i have not even received an email because despite being told 4 times that my email address was corrected i am still unable to fully access everything. A little disappointed after 5 phone calls

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. 

Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner. If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
