Not sure if correct forum.
Yesterday called into my. Mums who is having issues with her broadband.
She logged into my virgin media with her email address to check the service status and it brought up my postcode (20 miles away).
On checking the account number online it is my account number.
She has phoned virgin about this previously but has never got resolved.
Any thoughts on how to resolve?
Is it close account and start again?
Show has had this account for years.

I'm sorry to hear that your mother's online account is showing your account. It sounds like those same logins were used for your account, and if that's the case then she'll need to register for one for her account with her own details.
Has she tried doing this yet?
