wrong bill

I took out a new contract with an on-line chat advisor last week - have all the contract documents etc + record of the chat. I agreed a package discounted for 18 months at £32/month and the one-off charge waivered. Today I got a notice of this month's bill for £108.

I don't relish the thought of yet another hour online or on the phone to get it put right.

This is the second time in a month I thought I had a good new deal and then it goes wrong and I have to spend huge efforts getting it put right ( unsuccessfully so far).
