I'm trying to check the websafe settings on my new account, but every time I go into the websafe settings, it begins to load: https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/account-settings/security ,but then it redirects to https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/home instead, which is where I came from and end up in a loop.
Tried clearing the cache, a different browser and different device, and putting the address in directly, but every time you put the address in, it just reverts back to the home page.
Had a look and seen the same issue has been recorded a while ago, but there's no clear fix, heard it needed to be manually updated?
