Incorrect bill

I've been wrongly charged last month I owed 78.28 which I paid ,but still I've been charged 7.50 late this month bill has arrived and I've been Cr 92 and at same time Charged 163 I've attached a screenshot

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

Sorry to hear of the billing dispute.

A late payment fee is only charged if you do not make the payment for the month, before the new month is created. IE if you don't make July's payment before the August bill is produced. I'll send you a PM to discuss further.
