Sky Sports UHD missing

Hi VM team,

9 days ago I received an email from VM to include the Sky Sports UHD channels for £3 which I accepted online and was told it may take 3-5 days to load onto my account to view the channels. 9 days on, they're still not able to be watched on either my Virgin boxes.

Can someone help please?
